Chiltern’s Global Clinical Monitoring personnel on four continents ensure precise procedures and strict quality control are practiced at all times. Dedicated local line managers recruit, train and manage clinical monitoring staff to global standards and monitor quality against Federal and ICH good clinical practice standards.
Each of our Global Program Managers are the sponsor’s key liaison focused on global implementation. In partnership with our sponsors, our investigators and our project teams make the decisions that realize objectives quickly and efficiently. They share a sense of ownership of the studies which they meticulously plan.
